Election commission dismisses prosecutor's panties complaint
Hocking County Prosecutor Laina Fetherolf will not discuss the exact whereabouts of her panties.
But they most certainly were not on the judge’s bench.
Yes, she concedes there was a “wardrobe malfunction” in which she retreated from the courtroom and resolved the unspecified problem.
But no, she did not deposit her intimate apparel before Common Pleas Court Judge John T. Wallace and proclaim, “Problem solved.”
“This is one of the more interesting complaints we’ve ever received,” said Philip Richter, executive director of the elections commission.
